The hotel is in a perfect location for international travelers, right next to the International departures lobby. The rooms are very spacious compared to most Japanese hotels, very comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. The service, including housekeeping and laundry, was exceptional. However, the dining experience, particularly the American pancakes, was subpar. The facilities were satisfactory with no additional comments on them.
